1. 14 DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, email info@firelp.com before the 14 day period ends and include your order number. You do not need to explain why you wish to return the item. We will confirm your request and provide the correct return address, as orders may be dispatched from more than one location.
After telling us that you wish to withdraw, you have another 14 days to return the item.
2. CONDITION OF RETURNS
You may inspect and handle a product as you would in a physical shop. If a product loses value because it has been used, installed, damaged, or handled beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may deduct that loss in value from your refund.
Please return items in their original packaging where possible and pack them securely. A return that arrives damaged because it was not adequately protected may affect the refund.
3. RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are paid by you unless an item arrived damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered. In those cases, we cover the return cost. Please email photographs of the issue to info@firelp.com first so we can help quickly.
4. REFUNDS
Once we have received and checked your return, we will issue your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the order.
We refund the product price and the cost of standard outbound delivery. If you chose insured express shipping, we refund the amount of standard delivery only.
5. EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made, personalised, or altered to your specifications.
6. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@firelp.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may repair, replace, offer an appropriate price reduction, or issue a refund.
