1. WHERE WE SHIP

Firelp ships decorative clocks to addresses in the Netherlands only. Orders are dispatched from Germany or France.

2. DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer two delivery options at checkout:

Free shipping. Estimated delivery within 4 to 5 business days.

Insured express shipping for EUR 4.95. Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, and carrier delays can affect delivery. Orders placed late in the day may be processed on the next business day.

3. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If a parcel is returned because the address is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. The cost of the second shipment may be charged to you.

4. DELIVERY ISSUES

Risk of damage or loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to a person you have designated to receive it. Insured express shipping includes transport insurance. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly at info@firelp.com with your order number and photographs where possible. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

5. DELAYS

If we cannot deliver your order within 30 days, you may cancel it and we will refund you within 14 days.
